We hope you will help support Operation ABLE job seekers by attending our annual breakfast. Operation ABLE has served job seekers since 1982 with tailored live job training instruction and job specialist services to help them on  THEIR PATH TO EMPLOYMENT.

TRAINING JOB SEEKERS TO BE JOB READY

Operation ABLE trains and elevates the skills of today's job seekers through computer training, soft skills coaching, as well as confidence-building exercises and workshops.

The mission of Operation ABLE is to provide employment and training opportunities to job seekers from economically, racially, and occupationally diverse backgrounds. ABLE is equally committed to serving Massachusetts and other New England employers by providing well-qualified candidates to meet their training and staffing needs.

We offer computer skills and job search support programs for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels, ranging from 7-week introductory sessions to more intensive, 12-week sessions, including job internship placements.
