Programming offered through the ABLE Job & Resource Center is geared towards those that have a working knowledge of a computer and usable know-how of software like Microsoft Office. Workshops offered through this program will help you brush-up on, or raise that know-how to the levels expected in today’s workplace.

This program is FREE to Boston Neighborhood residents and most SNAP recipients.*

Operation A.B.L.E. offers workshops through the ABLE Resource Center Program to mature workers who already have a working knowledge of technology, but want to brush up on their existing skills. The workshops offer a mix of computer skills training most requested by employers, and job search skills needed to find employment in today’s job market. Workshops cover Essential Microsoft Office skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, optimizing resumes and cover letters for online job applications, preparing social media profiles for job searching and effective online job searching.
