Operation ABLE’s Annual Event was held on June 9, 2021
We would like to extend our sincerest thanks to all who attended and supported our virtual “Breakfast” with Rosalin Acosta, Secretary of the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in support of Operation ABLE.
Together We Move Forward
This special event was in support of Operation ABLE's job training programs which prepare job seekers and students on their Path to Employment.
ABLE's CEO, Marian Walsh, and our Board Chair, Lydia Greene, and our entire ABLE community offered a salute to Secretary Acosta for her leadership, problem-solving and clear guidance as ABLE trains and places job seekers with Massachusetts employers, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Heartfelt closing remarks by Mike Festa, OA Board Member, and AARP Massachusetts State Director concluded our event.
Our breakfast was to also thank and recognize our very generous sponsors and donors who make our job training and student success possible.
We are grateful to have had the opportunity to celebrate our committed students, our impactful employer and service provider partners, and Operation ABLE's versatile, compassionate, and expert staff.
