Help us celebrate 40 years of service and commitment to jobseekers

Let us introduce you to Valeria, and her success that you helped make possible.

Valeria lives in Boston and is a recent graduate of Operation ABLE's Donnelly Medical Office Training Class. Originally from St. Lucia and fluent in Kreyol, she was motivated to find a job in medical administration to have meaningful employment and to help others in her community.

At Operation ABLE, Valeria first received training in Beginning to Intermediate Microsoft Office, then moved on to Medical Records & Terminology, all through remote, live, tailored learning.

And today we are proud to share that Valeria began a new career with Mass General Brigham (MGB) as a Customer Service Representative. In addition to working in their Department of Infectious Disease, she will be assigned to other departments based on evolving staffing needs.

Your support is essential to helping us empower participants like Valeria, and our community of jobseekers, the underemployed, those in career transition, and military veterans who need job support services to re-enter the workforce.

Meaningful Employment Should be an Option for Everyone.

While the future still feels uncertain, we’re confident that together, we can continue to ensure
success for job seekers on their “Path to Employment.” Thanks so much and every good wish to you.
